The Brilliance innovation started some years back and it was born out of an unwavering desire to bridge the apparent gap between those who can teach and the learners who need them.
With Brilliance, tutors now have the platform to be found by learners. Brilliance is a product of over 2 years of intricate planning, gathering diverse opinions of parents across the country and continued reinvention to present you with the platform that deserves your trust in every sense of it.
The justification for this are around us – Mrs Caroline is mum of 2 kids who despite her busy schedule as branch manager at a top commercial bank in the city, still resort to tutoring the kids by herself just because she hadn’t been able to find a trusted tutor for them after months of searching. The irony is that she lives in the university of Lagos staff quarters with several thousands of qualified hands that can fill this gap. We have now solved that problem.
Bola is a banker who has made payment for tutoring in preparation for her ACCA exams, she has unfortunately not been able to keep up with classes due to extra workload at work coupled with Lagos traffic that prevents her from making the appointment with her tutor. She also wants to learn how to play her guitar. Our perfect solution for Bola is to assign a tutor that will work with her schedule. Classes can take place at any convenient location you choose – office, home, etc. It shouldn’t be so hard to learn the things that matter to you.

Delivery
Before Covid-19 pandemic, our classes had been strictly physical and one-on-one. In light of recent happenings and government regulations, we have included online classes to ensure safety of our learners and tutors. Our new tutoring experience now entail:
Online Tutoring
One-on-One class: Our online or virtual tutoring experience still allows for a personalized experience via the one-on-one class model. In this model, the class comprises of the tutor and the learner only.
Group Class: This model includes the tutor with more than two (2) learners. The classes are grouped by matching class level or interest. E.g. Nursery Class 1 ,2 , Primary classes 1 - 6, Junior Secondary Classes, Senior Secondary classes, and examination preparatory classes like WAEC, JAMB, IELTS, and others.
Physical Tutoring
Our physical tutoring experience is our normal offline tutoring model in which the tutor takes class at the tutor’s preferred location – home, office, etc. Our offline classes are now in operation and provide you with an exceptional experience.
